Frequently asked questions
You can find a list of my services here which should give you a good idea of what I can help you with. I offer a FREE phone consultation for those wanting to know more and see if we are a good fit!
There are, however, some services that I do not currently offer, such as; answering phone calls, cold-calling, accounting and Facebook and Google Ads.
We will arrange a meeting via phone or Skype, to get a clear understanding of your business and the tasks you would like me to complete. Once this is clear, I will supply a client agreement for us both to sign off on. This agreement outlines the tasks, requirements, timeframes, terms and conditions, and payment details.

A virtual assistant takes on the everyday essential tasks which you don’t have time for… Meaning you get to focus on what YOUR passion is and where YOUR skills are strongest.
It also allows you to reduce your labour, space and equipment costs which equals more time and money for you. No employee-related taxes, paperwork, insurance, office space and equipment. It’s a way to not let your staff budget suffocate your margin for growth.
With a virtual assistant you only pay for time spent on YOUR project, whenever YOU need it to be done (ie evenings, weekends, peak business times/seasons). A VA works around your schedule to provide you service whenever you need it. So, there is no need to hire employees and hope you have enough work to keep them busy for the hours they work.
As an added bonus… A virtual assistant can bring fresh ideas and new perspectives on administration and management to your business!
