You can find a list of my services here which should give you a good idea of what I can help you with. I offer a FREE phone consultation for those wanting to know more and see if we are a good fit! 

There are, however, some services that I do not currently offer, such as; answering phone calls, cold-calling, accounting and Facebook and Google Ads. 

We will arrange a meeting via phone or Skype, to get a clear understanding of your business and the tasks you would like me to complete. Once this is clear, I will supply a client agreement for us both to sign off on. This agreement outlines the tasks, requirements, timeframes, terms and conditions, and payment details.

Sublime Virtual Admin will tailor a quote specifically to your needs. Our cost per hour is approx $50 – $60, and depends upon the number of hours per week as well as the type of work required. You may purchase a block number of hours and pay upfront, or pay the number of hours used each week. Contact us today for a quote. I prefer to have our initial discussion via phone or Zoom, however all further communication is available via email and phone … whatever works best for you!

Sharing of information and documents can be done through email or Dropbox. Dropbox is a great cloud-based program which is particularly useful for larger documents.
